Clear, fair terms so you know exactly what to expect when working with me.
These terms apply to design, build and maintenance services provided by Crafted Web. By asking me to start work, you agree to them. Anything specific to your project will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Quotes are free and based on the information you give me. A standard business website build is €700 as a one-off fee. If your project needs extra pages or features, I'll quote for that separately and agree it with you before starting.
Hosting, domain registration and any third-party services are billed at cost and are separate from the build fee.
Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance is due before your website goes live. Maintenance is billed monthly in advance.
I may pause work on overdue accounts after letting you know.
To keep things moving, I'll need timely content, images, logos and feedback from you. You confirm that anything you send me is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it.
I'll agree an expected timeline at the start and keep you updated as I go. Your build includes a reasonable number of revision rounds; substantial changes of direction after approval may be quoted as additional work.
The €100 per month care plan covers ongoing upkeep and everyday content updates: text, images, prices, opening hours, deals and specials.
I aim to have requested updates live within one working day. This is a target rather than a guarantee — larger requests, complex changes or issues outside my control may take longer, and I'll always tell you when to expect them.
The plan is rolling monthly and can be cancelled by either side with 30 days' notice. New pages, redesigns or new features are outside the plan and are quoted separately.
Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the website content and design created for you. I keep the right to reuse underlying code, techniques and components in other projects.
Unless you ask me not to, I may feature your project in my portfolio.
Hosting, domains, email and any integrated tools are provided by third parties under their own terms. I'll help you set them up and manage them, but I am not responsible for their availability or performance.
I take care to deliver good work, but I cannot guarantee particular business results, search rankings, traffic or revenue from a website.
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid me for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can cancel a build at any time. Work completed up to that point remains payable, and any deposit covers work already carried out.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time your project is agreed is the version that applies to it.
